Delivery and Timely Shipping

We prefer Federal Express shipping at this time. We investigate the least expensive, safest, most reputable shipping method with each purchase shipped. We’d appreciate if you return an item, you would do the same. We will ship in stock items within 3 days. Custom orders are shipped upon completion depending on the complexity of the pottery. We will answer all of your questions by phone or email as respects delivery and shipping times. Remember each piece is a handmade work of art, and worth any wait time…..but, we strive to get your order to you quickly!

Return & Refund Policy

Return you pottery within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Pottery must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. Return prepaid postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Credit card/Debit card purchases will be refunded to the card making the purchase, upon receipt of the returned postage paid product.
• Check purchases will be refunded 21 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our business office upon receipt of the returned postage paid product.
